Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) is constituted with a mission to promote and augment industrialization and create awareness about the Industrial Policy of state as well as creating environment for consistent- growth of Industries in the state. There are 75 Industrial Areas (IA)/Industrial Estates (IE)/ Industrial Estates(IE)/Growth Centres(GC)/Mega Industrial Parks(MIP) under 9 Clusters i.e 1.Patna,2. Begusarai 3.Hajipur 4.Muzaffarpur 5.Motipur 6. Bhagalpur, Purnea & Saharsa 7.Dharbhanga 8. Gaya 9. Bihta
Successful restructuring and reorganization of an organization require good prior preparation,good planning which will address all the programmatic needs, support services which are needed to advance those organizational goals, good planning of the workforce and brilliant communication skills. The management finds it highly important to change the way these units operate for a few reasons, such as
• Changing priorities of units,
• Enhancing the effectiveness of organizations,
• Initiating new programs, etc
BIADA has a few verticals for development of Industrial Areas/Estates. However, the Authority is be sieged to promote investment, Ease of doing business, Infrastructure development and other relevant initiatives of these areas in absence of dedicated relevant cells/verticals. Further, the team need to be expanded seeing the volume of work being augmented on regular basis.
